Booking disclosures. Your reservation is a request until dispatch confirms availability by text or email. The dispatch fee (minimum $40) is based on the distance from the vehicle's origin to your pick-up and is confirmed by your dispatcher before the trip. Hourly bookings are billed from pick-up to final drop-off. Vehicle requests are honored where possible; an equivalent luxury vehicle may be substituted. Smoking is only permitted when approved on this form.
